Adam joined our Network Solutions team in 2022 as an Associate Consultant. A former Technology Coordinator who's also worked in Education Technology, he's looking forward to refreshing and recertifying his skills after taking time off to start a family. His free time is largely spent with his wife and two boys, but he also enjoys fixing cars and electronics, as well as playing guitar and a bit of singing.

Adilene joined M&I in 2022 as a Client Advocate on our Network Solutions team. She brings a diverse set of skills that allow us to provide a great experience for clients. Outside of work, you'll find Adilene outdoors: she loves going on hikes, travelling with her husband, and lately, golfing!

Alana joined our Network Solutions team as a Client Advocate in 2023. Her strong customer service background is indispensable in client communication, and her energy is a great addition to our office. Alana is a proud mom whose life revolves around her school-age daughter. She’s also an avid reader who’s always trying to fit a good book in—even if it means bringing the Kindle to a social gathering!
Alex Williams

Alex joined us in 2021 as a Senior Consultant for the Network Solutions team, with a background including MSP experience. While working previously for an M&I client, he was impressed with our execution and client relations, and we're excited that he's chosen to bring his experience and knowledge to our team. Alex spends most of his time being a dad, but enjoys gaming when he can.
Anthony Patino

Anthony joined M&I in 2020, coming from a background in content writing and social media management. He loves words and language and is always looking for better ways to communicate information and ideas. Outside of work he's happy to devote most of his time to his daughter, but also enjoys music, weird movies, basketball and reading too much news.
Austin Borck
Associate Developer
Austin came to our team as an Associate Developer in late 2023. His previous position had him wearing many hats, ranging from project management to PHP, Linux, MSSQL and Java. Lucky for them—and us—he’s a versatile developer who’s an expert at acquiring new knowledge. A longstanding interest in cloud development has him excited to work with .NET and Azure. Off the clock, Austin is a car enthusiast who enjoys hiking, reading and family time.

Ben joined M&I after a 20 year career in the Apparel Industry. He brings a depth of sales and customer relationship management experience to complement our team of friendly Partner Success Managers, who work with our partners to best match their business goals with supportive technology. When not working, Ben spends the bulk of his time raising two young daughters, exploring entrepreneurial opportunities, and tracking his favorite teams and sports. If you're a Giants, 49ers, Warriors, or Manchester City fan, Ben would be happy to celebrate and/or commiserate with you.
Bill Caloia

With more than 20 years of experience in the IT field and 14 years in the financial industry, Bill has a breadth of expertise in Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, and Cisco technologies. Security-minded and always seeking ways to improve productivity, Bill develops down-to-earth solutions for our clients. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors with his family and provides community service by volunteering with Boy Scouts of America.

Previously A+ and Network+ certified, he's currently working on CCNA and MCSA certifications. When he's not at work, Dustin enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, and gaming—as well as working on engines and computers.

Earl Jessee joined the M&I team in January of 2012. Earl graduated from California State University, Chico in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design. He is an exceptional designer with a strong attention to detail, and excels in the print and web design practices. Earl has two young daughters to keep him busy outside the office, and loves cooking, fly fishing, and cycling when time permits.

He currently is board member and treasurer for both the Rotary Club of Chico Sunrise and Chico Community Scholarship Association where he supports youth and literacy in the Chico community.
